The Unified Transition Theory by Glenn Olien

“Revealing the underlying structure of change”

The Unified Transition Theory proposes the human potential for change can be represented by a fractal object of 33 parts."

Hi, I’m Glenn Olien. I am the founder and author of the Unified Transition Theory™.

In 1994, after spending sixteen years developing and implementing solutions to transitions problems, involving thousands of people and millions of dollars, I saw how the underlying complexity of process involved in bringing about desired change resided a simple structure. Since then, over 10,000 people have used this structure as a new way of bringing about change.

It has taken 13 years of experience for the knowledge about the Unified Transition Theory to mature. The theory is now mature enough to be released. In July of 2007 I decided to stop charging a fee for people to use this structure and to release the information on this web site at no cost.

What you will find in this site is both simple and complex. The simple part is using the structure in the form of the charts. The complex part is understanding how something so simple can capture something as complex has the human potential for change.

You are the most complex known entity in the universe. Can a 33 dimensional fractal object duplicate this complexity? Experience the charting process and find out if this is true for you.

Enjoy your journey, and all the best luck to you!

Regards,

Glenn Olien
